About Me
Jane Sim
FdSc Humanistic Counselling
My approach is warm, creative and flexible. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can be heard and seen without judgement, and where we can take the time to understand what is going on for you. I don't believe counselling is about having all the answers or telling you what you should do. Instead, I work alongside you, helping you explore your experiences and discover what feels right for you.
I recognise that we all experience the world differently and have our own ways of communicating, thinking, feeling and relating to others. I am neurodivergent-affirming, with an understanding of ADHD and autism, and welcome both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients. You don't need to have a formal diagnosis to talk to me about your experiences. Perhaps you already identify as neurodivergent, or you're beginning to wonder whether ADHD or autism might help make sense of some of your experiences. You are welcome to explore this with me.
